So, I'm home!

I'm back in Wellington for the summer. :) So, um, have a list!

Things I'm Doing This Summer

1. Working three jobs: full time work at Starmart again, starting Tuesday; casual work at the Stadium (I'll probably only work Carols by Candlelight, they're not usually busy this time of year because it's not rugby season) and stuffing newspapers for the Dominion post fron 9.30 pm friday to 7.30 (yes, that's a-freaking-m) saturday morning. *whimpers* I'm only doing that for five weeks, and it's $12.95 an hour, but I started day before yesterday and it's kind of painful.

2. Therefore, if you guys want to catch up with me, be free on Sundays and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. ;)

3. Watching all of Firefly- hopefully, like, today- so I can see Serenity.

4. Re-reading The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe so I can see the movie with it fresh in my head. *happily geeky*

5. Losing ten kilograms. Because I sort of need to.

6. Saving hopefully $3000. I can so do it!

7. Finish a whole bunch of fics for fanfic100, including something hopefully exceeding 1000 words. Just give me a plot....

I have a couple of other goals- like catching up on my reading (I still haven't read a book I got last Christmas. what's wrong with me?), chilling with megaffe and everyone else I haven't seen all year, that kind of thing. But these are the ones that won't organise themselves. *cracks knuckles*

Wow...it's really strange to think that it's summer for you, where we're just starting to get snow here...

It's one of the pleasures of having friends on the other side of the world, that I can tease them in midwinter. :D I kind of like the thought, actually...
