Perhaps I'm being xenophobic, but I do wonder if LJ's new Russian-based management are perhaps importing assumptions about sexuality that might play better in a Russian than a global context... then again, perhaps it's naive to assume that capitalist investors are so informed by parochialism, wherever they might be physically located.
