What's that old saying about political power being an aphrodisiac?

Oh yeah, that's it. Doesn't surprise me much.

But the woman in question is important and rich and stuff. She doesn't need to be attracted to men in power. (That is, if either of those nouns can be applied to Brash.)

Muldoon = proof of that saying.

Ha. Yeah. That was my thought exactly when I heard Don Brash may have been cheating. His wife, according to a girl at school, is lovely. Poor woman.

:-/ poor everyone involved, to be honest. I don't like Brash and what he's been doing sucks ass, but the media circus is kind of, well, yecch.

Also, the thing about that school is that you could probably find someone in there to tell you Rodney Hide is lovely. :P

Hey, you, long time no talk, what have you been up to?

[identity profile] aim-toothpaste.livejournal.com 2006-09-15 09:18 am (UTC)(link)
That is truly awesome.

I laughed. :P

That's great. I love simple cartoons. Pokey the Penguin was great for that, although it merely used unexpected responses to a given situation in order to draw laughter. But sometimes noise gets in the way, you know? Like Doonesbury. But Doonesbury is pretty good!

I'm not a huge Doonesbury fan, actually. But I look forward to seeing what's going to come out of the latest in NZ politics... *SIGH*
