I have developed a new method for watching TV shows!
1. Find a direct download community (OMG coolest thing ever.)
2. Find a torrent.
3. Clear space on the hard drive (augh. Am getting sixth_light's feller to take me external HD shopping this weekend, yayness! And, uh, possibly also desk-shopping since we can get his car, yep yep)
4. Torrent the season backwards and direct download forwards until they meet! Brilliance! *does a happy dance*

In other news, Supernatural? A good show! I am never doubting tanizard again (unless she talks to me about badfic again when I shall BLOCK MY EARS AND SCREAM LOUDLY oh my god.) I am watching obsessively and having fun, and, wow, I can't believe there's only one season, y'all. Points of interest:
-I would so much rather have credits and a theme tune than the extremely dull "22! Years! Ago! Two! Brothers! Mary! Is! Dead!" schtick that they have going. It's like "previously on SPN", but it's the same previously every time. Bored now.
-While I was writing this, "Disembodied Voices" came on WMP, and can I just mention that Everyone is Here, the Finn Brothers (Neil and Tim of Crowded House and Split Enz fame) album, has reasonably disturbingly SPN moments? Particularly Disembodied Voices (which, wow. lyrics.) But, yeah, if the style wasn't wildly different from absolutely anything played on the show I would totally be into a Disembodied Voices vid.
-Speaking of vids! Fic and vid recs, anyone? Anything is fine.
-Sam and Dean are kind of hot, folks.
-While it sucks that there are no female characters, this is kind of like a very slick bastard child of Buffy, Smallville, Angel and CSI. And maybe Charmed and, um, Full House. I approve of this greatly.
-But it would be better with a girl.
-Even the real estate agents think Sam and Dean are doing it. Er.
-That is all. For now. But I mean it about those recs.

Also, today/tomorrow is the Glorious 25th of May! Truth! Justice! Reasonably-Priced Love! And a Hard-Boiled Egg! Also, do you know where your towel is?
