I HAS CELLPHONE AGAIN. It is shiny and pretty but the best thing about it is that I can text again! No more being totally and utterly without mobile communications! \o/ And I'm back in the big CHCH, btw. ETA: oh yeah, same bat-simcard, same bat-number, so if you already had my number, you still have it, and if I have yours, I still have it.

Also, dear sixth_light, is it September yet?

Some random LJ maintenance stuff: recently I friended a whole bunch of high-volume feeds and communities and then all of a sudden I was missing a lot and it was taking me about eight hours to get through my friendslist (I have a ridiculously low attention span when it comes to this kind of thing. I generally have about ten tabs open at all times, all of which I flick to regularly when I'm reading the flist; two email inboxes, three fic tabs, a couple of random things I'm reading about or downloading, etc. Plus I have a music player and a video player open more or less constantly, solitaire and generally a text editor. So, uh, it takes me a long time to do anything.) So, if I have missed something that you really thought I would have/should habe commented on, sorry. I have returned to my normal flist practise now, which I think is gonna be way more manageable.
