:-/ I don't HATE IT WITH THE PASSION OF A THOUSAND SUNS, mostly because I pride myself on being more sane than that. And, actually, I don't dislike it, I just don't 'ship it because Ron/Hermione is vastly more interesting.

Aw, um. Something in which they are both on the same plane and non-evil would be dandy. And they fight demons. There's this bit in... I don't even remember which season, maybe season three, where Angel's teaching Cordelia how to use a sword. I love that. I would like to see them beat up monsters together, preferably with a healthy dose of "I'm from Sunnydale, bitch!" Ooh, Cordelia could get captured and kick her way out just as Angel rushes up to save her. andthentheyhavesex. Oh, god, OR baby!Conner (Connor? God) era!

Um... this would have been easier for a TV couple, that's for sure. Recently, the creepy creepy Tim and his Sekrit Cloning Lap Below Titans Tower was a top moment. Also, that ridiculously funny scene that... god, I canNOT even remember which book it's from, but Kon has a paper bag on his head and he's pretending to be Batman and it's just. really funny.
5. How long have you been following couple #6? (Dib/Tak)
Since I read So You Want to Be A Wizard, so um... a long time? HW was a high point for me. A few years. On teh internets, since about 2002. But it's not exactly high-maintenance.
6. What's the story with #8? What made you stop liking them/caring? (Buffy/Spike)
I only liked it for about thirty seconds because I'm one of those people who always cares about canon pairings, but as soon as I'd finished watching the show in order, I just no longer cared. It was probably a bad sign where - there's this scene where they have sex in a really stupid and destructive manner - literally, like a wrecking ball couldn't do as good a job - and just, it annoyed me, it was SO immature and lame, and it's like. *shrug*
7. Which ship do you prefer--#2 or #4? (Faith/Jo or Nita/Joanne)
Oh, that's tough! Because those are both off-the-wall weirdnesses, one's a crossover and the other one's fslash that I wrote the only example of and also, came out of a discussion that basically went "I want fslash in this fandom!" to some friends and then we started naming silly pairings and that made me go, ooh. But I like them both for similar reasons. Faith/Jo, to me, it validates Jo as a sexy strong person because Faith wouldn't have sex with someone who wasn't those things. And it makes her a hunter and gives her something about her character which isn't all Dean Dean Dean. I see it as empowering for Jo. While Nita/Joanne, yeah, it's freaky and strange but I really believe in it as a way into Joanne's character. Whether I can see it reconciled, with Nita returning those emotions... I think that if that happens it does something amazing for Nita, you know, really changes and grows her. So I'd be hard-pressed to pick BUT if I had to, I'd say Faith/Jo. JUST.

Izzy/George. GOD. SO out of character, SUCH a travesty, SO DUMB.
9. What interests you about #14? (Simon/River)
Have you seen that cut scene where River says that she and Simon are married? Yeah. That crazy-crazy, a little bit too intimate, that dynamic is exciting. When I was watching the show the first time I was way squicked by the idea, but I've since been in Supernatural fandom, which has... changed me. So now I'm intrigued by it and I'd kind of like to read it, even though hetcest is still a little squicky for me.
10. When did you stop liking #7? (Willow/Xander)
About the time when I felt they were convincingly in love with other people, which actually also was around the time I felt they stopped being each others' best friend and became Buffy's best friends. Which frustrated me then and now. But their thing for each other in dress clothes? Yeah, that hit it for me. I liked it when the emphasis was on their long committed friendship.
11. Did your waning interest in #9 kill your interest in the show? (Cristina/Burke)
No, although the season finale might have. Actually, this is the one pairing that I was just getting SO frustrated with in the show and it's the pairing that I really believed deserved the breakup in the finale - unlike EVERY OTHER ONE - and actually, I thought their relationship followed a believable downward spin. Those were real issues, they really existed and they were really problems and in character. So, yeah, no, not at all.
12. What's a song that reminds you of #5? (Tom/Carl)
"The Only Living Boy in New York", Simon & Garfunkel. Tom, get your plane ride on time/I know that you'll be able to shine now / Hey, let your honesty shine, shine, shine, like it shines on me / The only living boy in New York. *is a giant sap* Of course, this song was about SImon & Garfunkel's breakup (Garfunkel is Tom, he was doing movies and... you guys don't care, I suppose.)

Sure. So a slayer and a hunter walk into a bar. Or rather, a slayer walks into a bar and a hunter turns around from where she's nursing some glass of cheap liquor and looks her over, because the slayer's just the kind of person who commands attention. Jo's always been a sucker for a personality that fills up a room, and the woman who just walked in sure fits that bill, all curves and teeth and a badly-concealed knife. When the woman starts playing pool Jo slides on in to join her, easy as can be. Eventually Faith - that's the slayer - eventually she gets sick of losing her sparse supply of cash, so she starts betting kisses. Jo doesn't seem to mind at all, and then Faith loses deliberately a couple of times and they end up outside. ... andthentheyhavesex.
17. Did #4 have a happy ending? If the show hasn't ended yet, do you think a happy ending is likely? (Nita/Joanne)
Haha. Well, it was a good ending for Nita, but I'm pretty sure Joanne wasn't too happy about it. Little bitch was suddenly all we-can-be-friends, and come-over-to-my-place-and-look-at-the-starts, like she didn't even know what that sounded like, and Joanne. Well, Joanne couldn't have that, so she started ignoring Nita, and then she started avoiding Nita, and then all of a sudden they were at different high schools and Joanne didn't see her gang anymore but she didn't see Nita, either, and she wasn't sure which one she missed most.
18. What would make you start shipping #14? (Simon/River)
More canon. >.> Or stumbling across something written by an author I like.
19. If only one could happen, which would you prefer--#2 or #6? (Faith/Jo or Nita/Kit)
Aw, man. Faith/Jo, because a)Nita/Kitissocanon and b) Nita and Kit are already BFF anyway, and it's not like we're going to get a hot sex scene in the canon, so there wouldn't even be a big gain if they suddenly started making out in between saving the universe. Whereas Faith/Jo, that would be a seriously fucking hot sex scene, considering the canons.
20. You have the power to decide the fate of #10. What happens to them? (Izzy/George)
They GROW THEIR CHARACTERS BACK miraculously. Izzy realises George was just a rebound and a way for her to connect with someone she felt she was losing (seeing as how she's all torn up still) and George realises he loves his wife and wants to stay with her. THE END.
