Ah OK. I've never read her stuff myself, but I have heard some people criticise it from both anti-imperialist and feminist viewpoints, so I was wondering if you had any thoughts on that. If you do ever read it and have any thoughts on that, let me know.
I just had a squiz at the biography on her website and she mentions British and Scandinavian ancestry, but nothing Maori. Looks can be deceiving!
