Um, okay, got the paper... I have a two-for-one ticket to Hoyts (heh, that's why I offered my shout. Although it may possibly have expired, but anyway.) where we can see...
Miss Congeniality 2, Be Cool, Ring 2, Assault on Precinct 12, Hitch, Constantine, Meet the Fockers, Robots.
The only ones of those I have even a passing itnerest in seeing are MC2 and Constantine... and Robots, sort of.

Or we could, you know, sell our souls and go to reading, where they're also showing (that I'm inte5rested in) Closer and The Aviator (Oh fuck bugger, I missed In My Father's Den unless w want to go out to Petone (could be fun, I suppose? especially if it's fine we could eat on the beach or something after?); Or at The Embassy Sideways;

Whatever you like - I will be over your way when the parentals drop off the brother... after orchestra, I'm thinking. I think Hoyts sounds fine - especially if you have a free ticket. What do you say to Constantine? I've heard reports that it's suprisingly good - even with Keanu Reeves. Of course, I would also like to see Closer.

given the recent boards clientel, i don't think there are many people left who remember evenstar's little naptime. i'm one of the oldbies now (and it's a wee bit more than a wee bit scary, let me tell you)

diego showed up a few days ago. as did polie. is was like, woah. woot.

althought i must admit that it is pretty funky to see how the boards have changed and who frequents it. i mean, th eboard royalty used to be you guys, and now it's PM and kli and gryph (no longer skitty) and Z. it's really kinda funky. and cool, cuz, ya know, the boards will keep on going and going and going and... well... you get the picture.

and of note: i just changed my boards avie for the first time in 2 years. it's really bizarre.

Yeah, I saw polie, but I didn't used to see her around much... it surprised me when diego went AWOL I gotta admit it seemed like he'd never go anywhere...

I still love the boards of course... I guess they have changed some, and I miss some of the people who used to hang around, but you're right a lot of the new people are really cool- Kathy was always pretty awesome though...
