Totally not. I actually think they'd hate each other but they'd probably still fight crime/evil together quite well.
About Imp- yeah, I liked him, he was cute. But I don't think Music with Rocks In is still possible, because it really came from the guitar, right? Which Death took, right? So probs not. OTOH he could have a career as a lutenist... :P
