In my French exam this afternoon, set by my french teachers, my primary impression of it as a relatively easy exam was supported by several strong essay topics, a thorough reading comprehension, and by the one and a half hours I had left at the end of my three hour exam.
*raises eyebrows* Okay, so putting stuff into french was easy. but putting a journal into english is really difficult! :p anyway, French was really fine. Listening was a bit wierd- the tape was kinda badly done- but I'm fairly confident I got most of it anyway. Comprehension was fine too, although the questions were a little ambiguous. I was cheered by finding when i got out of the exam that "mistral" does in fact mean 'large wind', as I had translated- it was also comforting to know that Francesca hadn't know the word either. She texted he mother to ask after the exam, though. :-) And lastly, i feel really good about the writing- I;m hoping for an excellence, of course, but I;m not sure I had enough structures. Definitely looking at at least three merits there, though, I feel. :D
OMG my life is taken over, I have nothing else to talk about, except to mention that my flist is producing really fantastic reactions lately... shock and awe, lust, hilarity....
