Flat pictures

I wanted to wait until we're set up to post pictures but I can't be stuffed waiting until I've gone to the tip and picture framing people so you're getting it in nearly-there state.

You can't see the best thing about this place, which is the location, but let me just say I can walk to work in 10 minutes and just about everywhere else in the city in 15, it is completely amazing.
