And I got the Selwyn call before you did. ;) And yes, Chani was applying for Orana or arana or however you spell it, and I think she was always intending on doing so, but refused to tell Meg that because Meg wanted to know who was applying where- she just asked, politely- because she thought it might influence where people would put as their first options and so forth.
