Also, I got moderately intoxicated with my brother and a lot of his friends on Friday- reapingthegrim had a small party, and since she's a friend of Rewi's he took me along to say hi to his mates (including deinacrida and mandor700 ) This wouldn't be so bad, because it was kind of fun (plus, I was drinking without having paid for the alcohol for the first time in, like... since December, or something. People just fall over themselves to give you alcohol when you're playing Jug) and I got to be very amused at a lot of people being happily, but for the most part safely, pissed. EXCEPT Rewi got slightly a little bit trashed and was being chased by a "demon temptress" (as described by Robert) who he had to be rescued from and I had to try to save him, ending up feeling a little guilty about not taking good enough care of him (I was in another room with some people from Vic at the time, although I was around enough to watch Ben get SO DRUNK. Oh lord, very very drunk. On something wierd and liquorice tasting and half a bottle of Bourbon, ugh)

Anyway, he was duly rescued and we caught a taxi home and I at least felt fine in the morning. But the point was, I got drunk with my little brother and his mates. I am going to hell omg.

I'm a bit late commenting on this but as one of the few sober people at that party I have to say that watching Rewi and Ben when they're drunk is entertaining enough to be a professional past time, though Rewi was getting a bit carried away with the 'Demon Temptress' (Thankyou Robert, its alot better and less vulgar than Ho'bitch)

Heh, this is definitely true... OTOH I was occasionally so worried about Rewi it stressed me out. But you know. ;)
