May. 9th, 2005 09:49 pmI NEED THE NARNIA TRAILER NOW, and I can't get it from the Apple site. (No, I don't know why. *sigh* I think I have the wrong Quicktime plugin, or something.) Has anyone got an alternative venue for it?? I'm begging here.

I've seen some of the original Narnia movies produced by the BBC. It was difficult to get into at first... besides the obvious protestant slant, it got pretty good after a while. I never finished the series though and have never the read books.

Date: 2005-05-09 09:03 pm (UTC)Yeah, I like the BBC versions, but people are really divided on them- you either love them or you hate them. Since I saw them and read the books at around the same time, I loved them...
... which, speaking of, you should totally do. You'd most likely have some problems with the ending of The Last Battle, but apart from that it's very interesting; The Horse and his Boy will be fine; and as for The Dawn Treader, how can you resist
"There once was a boy called Eustace Clarence Scrubb, and he almost deserved it."
?? :D

Date: 2005-05-09 09:52 pm (UTC)Yeah, a Narnia movie. Er, I should say, another Narnia movie because there have been others, the either beloved or detested BBC version. (http://www.narniaweb.com/)
