Dear Weather Gods

Tornadoes in Hamilton. Warmer winter in the South Island than in the North (..practically.) Now SNOW IN SEPTEMBER?

Don't get me wrong. I seriously, seriously love you right now. But can I get a wtf?

I didn't post about the election yesterday because the internet was down plus I had a Maths assignment, and now I'm sort of out of steam. However... I'd be happy with a L/P/G/M minority government with a confidence vote from Winston. I'm aware that a coalition with NZFirst is more likely but... I just wouldn't be happy with that. :-/ Alternately, I hope the Greens skyrocket on special votes! A lot of the people here at the Halls special voted, and most of them went Greens or Labour, so I'm feeling that chances are not all bad for that. :)

It was all just way to stressful for the result, I feel. :P

I reckon the specials will be good for labour/greens. I'd like to see them nudge high enough to let Nandor back in.

Apparantly its about 10% of the total in specials. which sounds crazy. But it was 10% last time too and only changed the final result by about 0.1

I can't remember where I got those figures.

LOL well yeah. Of course here it's late, but also, EXCITING. Because Wellington, which is where I'm from, never gets snow, ever, but Christchurch does sometimes. It's not the first time I've ever seen snow, but it's the first time it's ever snowed by my, you know, home.

Freak Weather everywhere! Me thinks someone up there is mad at us mortals...Ive just had freakish cyclonic weather with flooodin streets and felled trees in a city- thats meant to have a desert climate..i aree WTF ! Enjoy the snow ...

I keep checking out the window just in case the snow storm reached us intact - but I think that was the freezing rain this afternoon...

I'm so not gonna care next year.
