I had several dreams last night in which I had missed the yuletide deadline without ever realising it. This is probably because I'm nowhere NEAR finished and my yuletide deadline is actually 36 hours away, not 53, because I can't upload while I'm at work (the deadline is like, 4pm on a Tuesday here.) Also, my story's quite a bit more than a thousand words and I'm worried about finding someone who can give it a good hard I-haven't-read-this-before beta (senri is my seen-it-before, hold-my-hand-every-500-words beta, but I also like a sight-unseen one, and.
