labellementeuseI'm not actually around, really honestly not because I'm pretty busy at uni and still haven't written those request ficlets (I'm working on them, I promise), but I just wanted to boast a little: today I found out that I got the Margaret Mahy Fees Scholarship, which is $2000 towards my fees for the year. This is for a student studying full-time and doing at least two Philosophy papers at 200 level, and it's awarded on academic merit and 100-level philosophy paper results and and and I'm just generally absolutely thrilled and feeling kind of validated, like, hooray, I don't suck! In fact I'm okay at this subject that's supposed to be my major! So, yeah, feeling pretty fantastic, actually, and I wanted to brag a little. XD
