Shindig last night: went swimmingly; discovered the reason my last batch of chocolate buttercream tasted like coffee was because, in fact, I used mocha chocolate instead of chocolate chocolate (thank you, whittaker's, for making your packaging NEXT TO IDENTICAL); Weather was extremely hot but I managed to get two out of three cakes into the fridge! Go, me; Food: almost all gone (and once me and sixth_light had had lunch all that's left is two sausages and a little salad), which when I think about the fact that there were seventeen people there and *counts on fingers* yep, eleven of them were guys aged between 18 and 21... probably not all that surprising. Still, there was enough left for lunch today, so I feel I estimated the amount of food needed pretty well; said all my goodbyes, hugged all the guys (&gals). Mission accomplished, in brief.

Amount of cleaning and packing done today: 0, but I have really clean friends, honest.

lady_larla left today (she's going back to India for five weeks to see her family, etc) which was pretty sad, since I'm the only one staying behind in the flat; really going to miss living with her and L. Still, they're reasonably close, I should see them often enough.

I kind of want to sleep a lot right now, but I think I'm supposed to be doing the dishes with L instead, so.

:D Yeah, it was awesome. I sekritly love to throw parties even though they make me crazy, so it was good practice.

I love the way my living room is being taken over without any say- but then again..of course!!!!!!!!! its a done- we'll have huge feats of parathas and junk food and choclate when i can.. and watch tons and tons of tv episodes and talk and talk and ....*is hyper*
