I was bored in Blockbuster today and I walked past Devour, which are clearly two things that shouldn't happen in conjunction because, uh, I'm about to watch it. It'll be the first time in my life I'll have voluntarily watched horror, so um, we'll see. However, Thing of Funny:

Oh My Frigging GOD.
Devour was soo crap. Probably one of the worst 'horror' movies I have ever had the misfortune to sit through in my life- and I like shlock horror films.

But it has the redeming quality of all redeaming qualities, so enjoy ^_^

Hahahahahaah I'm sort of three quarters of the way through and... uh, it's not that bad? It's watchable anyway, although well, there are different standards of watchableness when Jensen's involved, aren't there? :P

Although I am taking breaks every ten minutes to read fic, so perhaps the effect of its crapness is diluted. :P

I, urm, quite liked it... I thought it was an interesting idea, anyway... although the sex scene was a bit odd and the thing with the pencils confused the hell outta me :)

He's very pretty in it altogether and I certainly didn't spend the time afterwards whining about wasting my life like I did after House of Wax (what is it with these boys and their not-very-splendid horror movies? Jeff's is the best of them all :D )

He really is kind of gorgeous in it (and so young! I swear Jake looks younger than Alec, which is bizarre because Devour was like four years after Dark Angel. Mmm, Alec. And haha, speaking of which the evil agent from DA was totally in Devour too! Anyway, maybe it's the pseudo-military thing Alec had going.)

Still haven't seen House of Wax, I'm put off by Paris Hilton, although I did see New York Minute recently and that was pretty dull. :P Jeff's is Dead and Breakfast, right? I've heard it's actually pretty funny.
