I went into the comics store last week to get Buffy. It wasn't there, like duh, because I wasn't paying attention and I was weeks and weeks late, so they were out. But they said they were getting more in and I set up a pull list. And while I was there I got the latest Green Arrow - which I'd never really read before, apart from the Quiver trade, but someone on the flist was talking about that issue last week and made it sound fun. So I grabbed that, and also the Flash trade because, um, I felt like it.

And I went in today to get Buffy and it was there, or so I thought, but actually it was #2, so I was obviously waaaaay later than I thought? (But it was still AWESOME, seriously.) And while I was there I picked up the latest Teen Titans trade, for no particular reason other than I just decided I wanted to catch up because I heard this week's TT had some good points (but they don't get it in till monday.) So then I put TT on my pull list, and I picked up the latest Runaways and I'm thinking I should put that on too, and I put Supernatural on. And I just started torrenting last month's TT and Buffy and also Robin, because I could, so.

So I guess I'm reading comics again? Huh. I stopped after IC because I couldn't follow it and I was angry about Cass, and all the writers changed and I missed Kon and Bart from TT, but I've just lately been thinking about going back and catching up a bit, and I guess I am. And this time I'm spending real $$ on them too, which on the one hand, sucky, but on the other hand, less guilt. SO! We shall see how it goes.

sorry not ignoring your other comment! well, technically yes, really no. I can post it up on monday (sorry I meant to get to it today but circs conspired against me :-/) OR I have a friend flying up on the Thursday who I can get to drop it in at your place of work. I am, by the way, really sorry I didn't get it up to you earlier like I meant to. :-/

Buffffyyyy. I obtained issue one like two weeks ago? And it was good. I would obtain the actual books, honestly, except for the fact that it's a damn hassle to get to any comic stores from campus (plus that I don't even know where any are).

Ask your local geek! It may not be as far away as you think? and they're really really worth it, and buying one a month won't break the bank...

although really there are probably books that need more support :-/
