labellementeuse1. I have raced through all of Parks & Recreation (thanks owlbeer and china_shop, purveyors of excellent things & good lunch companions to boot). If we share TV tastes, I highly recommend it, although I also recommend skipping the first season. It's stuffed with hilarity and team spirit and delightfully quirky characters who are flawed but not in ways that make them unlikeable, rather the opposite.
2. Uh, I started watching Merlin again. We aren't talking about this, but if anyone has any fic recs, I'd appreciate them. Semi-relatedly, I am annoyed that there aren't good screencaps of Morgana in her S1-S2 low-cut dresses. It's not that I'm awful and objectifying (yes I am), but her breasts have actually been relevant to conversations I've had recently and it bugs me that I can't link to them on any tissue-thin pretext. *glumface* Morgana is the prettiest, that is all.

This isn't really a commentary but please see this gif set and my response to it:
Uh, so yeah. On the one hand I have been rooting for the idea that there is no new universe, this is just the old universe without Peter - there never was a universe for Peter to get home to - and so I am extremely hopeful that cortexiphan is enabling Olivia to reach out psychically, not to Peter's home universe (because that would be a creepy erasure of Amber-verse Olivia) but to her own original/buried memories before her universe's timeline was changed. It's possible that, in the same way she can take people through to new universes, she can maybe reach back and bring those memories forward for Walter and Astrid and Broyles &co.
On the other hand, cortexiphan's stated effect on Olivia is to allow her to reach through universes and identify people that belong to other universes, so. But asowlbeer said to me on tumblr, this would be so devastating - Peter and blueverse Olivia having gone through that once already - I just couldn't take it.
4. Food-wise, can anyone give me some really good vegetarian or beef-based slow cooker recipes? I have a Māori class Tuesday and Wednesday nights to which I am trying to take dinner rather than buy it, and I found that slow-cooking a casserole on Tuesday and then taking it to class and leaving it in the fridge overnight was a really good, low-commitment and tasty option. Unfortunately I only have one decent slow-cooked beef stew recipe, and I'm in the market for more.

The Fringe gif sets you are reblogging are giving me SO MANY FEELINGS I want it to be true & real & my Olivia but I can see two ways the cortexiphan thing could go: 1. it's giving Olivia access to the "real" buried blue verse (YES GOOD THIS YAY) or 2. she's doing the ~~empathy thing (which is weirding me out btw empathy hasn't been her defining characteristic) and is picking up blue verse Olivia's thoughts and Peter is wrong and it will be sad and miserable.
