And in a different post to all tha angst... :) tanizard came in to pick up an application form at work today! :D It was surprising (and not, because I knew she was planning on coming in at some point) & pretty cool. ;)

*amused* After she left, my bosses asked me if I knew her and what she was like. This left me in a dilemma: I mean, I could have said "Yep, I know her. What's she like? Well, she really likes RL/SS/SBfic- oh, that's where remus lupin, severus snape and sirius black sleep together... you know, from the HP books? ... no, I don't read that myself, I prefer remus/sirius... oh, on the internet... well, no, I hadn't met her before..."

Anyway, I decided not to say that. ;) I muttered something about "friend of a friend," which I'm fairly sure is technically true, and MSN conversations. ;)

Oh my God, I almost wish you had said that, just so you could have told me about their reaction. Or, you could have said "Yep, she's absolutely fantastic, I advise that you hire her immediately!"...yeah, that would've worked. *rolls eyes at self*

:P I should have- I did say nice things- but total 100% falsehoods to non-family and friends give me funny feelings (although I will lie quite happily to anyone I've known over a year. I think this is a sign that I'm sick.)
