And the ship meme, because it's back in fashion and I don't think I did it last time round anyway.
1. Comment with any ship from a fandom that you know I like, or at least have some knowledge about.
2. I will ramble for about 100 words about aforementioned ship. This may be incoherent gushing or exclamations of disgust, depending on what it is.
3. Put this on your LJ, if you are so inclined.
Fandoms: Harry Potter, obviously; Young Wizards; anything Susan Cooper; Most things Gordan Korman; er, anything else you think I've seen/read/whatever, I can probably talk about.
Go to it.

Date: 2005-03-30 02:17 am (UTC)Dairine/Roshaun may be the first true ship of this fandom, by which I mean it's the first ambiguous or potential relationship. I guess to me that's what shipping itself is all about- potentiality as opposed to actual canonical relationship. (As a sideline this may be why I ship R/S more actively than I do R/Hr: I really truly think R/Hr is canon, but while theirloveissocanon is a wonderful precept it's not technically true. :P) So in that sense- and I'm leaving out Nita/Kit, of course- it's important.
Way less seriously, it could possibly be the funniest thing, like, EVER. Mostly because it would be so... explosive. The two most, hmm, flammatory personalities in the series- sometimes I think Dairine is the most flammatory character ever written- it would be wonderful, in this insanely violent way. (Metaphorical violence, of course.)
