When it says periwinkle blue, it means Hermione is wearing periwinkle blue. Wierdly, periwinkle blue is not another name for "pink." Hermione? would not wear pink. you bastards.

Yeah, exactly. And the thing is she was just a kid when she started, she would barely have noticed what she was wearing- and Hermione, too- and they made her all fashion-conscious (except, actually, they didn't start doing that until the third movie, I suppose) and...
