Guys! Food emergency! I have three cans of Guinness in my fridge. I don't like beer (oh, irony) and if I did, I still wouldn't like Guinness. I got it to bake into cupcakes with. I'm leaving town in about a week and a half. What can I cook with beer? Help!
Also: can you duplicate the effect of a slow cooker with a stock pot set real low? If not, why not?

Date: 2007-11-03 06:49 am (UTC)they've been in the back of the fridge for MONTHS and at some point they were definitely partially frozen, so... they might be gross and/or poisonous (what? shut up.)
I kinda want to cook with them! Esp. now that I have all these recipes.
I'm 80% sure that I ALREADY OFFERED THEM to you MONTHS AGO and you didn't take them off my hands. WHAT'S THAT ABOUT, HUH.
